Women’s finishes at the Billy Mills Cross Country Meet

Haskell hosted eight area schools for the Women’s race of the annual Billy Mills Cross Country Meet.

This is the first time in 2 years they have been able to host due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

It was a cool, overcast morning making for decent running conditions. The Haskell women’s team finished 6 out of 9. The overall first-place runner was Mariah Geesmen, York at 19 minutes and 23 seconds. The first Haskell runner to finish was Deanna Teller at 26th place. Anika Francis placed 43rd, Jayne Morris placed 48th, Tiffany Berryhill placed 65th, and Tierra Thomas placed 67th.  The C.A.C. Invitational will be on Saturday, November 6th.
